The Pool Safety Inspector's role is to inspect the pool to determine whether it complies with the current standard.
After inspection, if the pool is compliant, the inspector will issue a pool safety certificate.
However if the pool doesn’t meet the required standard, a non-conformity notice will be issued. If, after two days the pool has been brought to compliancy, a certificate will be issued on re-inspection. Otherwise the Non-confirmity notice will be in effect.
All our Pool Inspection Reports are plainly written and have an easy to understand format and onsite pictures for guidance. We will walk you through the important items in the report and highlight any and all issues and safety concerns.

A pool gate must self-close and self-latch, without any application of force from any position, including when it is resting on the latch. In many cases when a pool fails inspection the gate is found to be faulty. It’s also vitally important that pool gate is never propped open.
Pool gates that are propped open, incorrectly closed or latched account for almost 40% of backyard pool drownings in children under the age of 5.
